The Lexington Group will be presenting a one hour live webinar entitled: Effective Communication in the Workplace.
Communication is one of the most powerful tools for personal and professional success, and it involves the ability to convey information effectively and efficiently. Good verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills are crucial for fulfilling relationships. It is also important to exercise active listening skills. This session is designed to help participants develop important communication skills to create a more cohesive, collaborative and successful working environment.
Participants in the session will be learn how to listen effectively in order to be better communicators, develop an awareness of personality and communication tendencies, and discuss ways to overcome barriers to effective communication.
